Avantages
I felt that the benefits were really great, and that the insurance offered was very comprehensive. There is definitely a lot of talent that comes through those doors.
Inconvénients
Upper management is overpaid, and the workers under them are treated poorly in the sense they are not given proper training, nor are they given the opportunity to have any sort of longevity with the company. The office, gossip runs rampant, even if you keep to yourself. Beware if you are disabled because they make you jump through hoops just to get any sort of accommodation, if you even get that far before they fire you for other unrelated reasons. I could go on and on, but it just isn’t worth it.
