i spent 7-8 months here and it felt like a complete waste of time, i learnt very little and the only thing i picked up was how not to run a office of young people. the fake positive reviews are amusing, the director did once tell us how much he enjoyed writing them. in addition to this the culture is very "laddy", the final straw was management doing drugs at client events which annoyed a lot of the other consultants. the hours are incredibly long (8.30-6.30 minimum). i worked contract and spent most days going through a old clunky database calling clients who mostly didn't want to use us because of our constant spamming of emails. the company have a shocking reputation in the industry confirmed by the rec 2 recs i met who said premier are known to be a bit of a joke within the recruitment industry which is a real shame as all in all i met some decent people (who have all now left) but unless you're absolutely desperate then i'd strongly advise looking at other companies.
