Great team but terrible management and expectations - Avis employé Hotel Manager Premier Inn

The worst company I have worked for to date. Expected to be on call 24h of the day, doing double and sometimes even triple shifts with no support from higher management. Training was a shambles, expected to just figure it out for yourself and then getting moaned at for things not being done that you weren’t even told existed.
