      Avantages

      The employees are what you expect from your traditional community bank. Very friendly and willing to help. Also, Premier is a full service bank so you can find what your looking for as a customer.

      Inconvénients

      Very small community that isn't growing.

      Your co-workers are family here. People care. We try to help our customers with focused service with a heart. Lot's of job growth and promotion within.

      Avantages

      -no longer working there -some of the people there were great

      Inconvénients

      -pay is way too low -favoritism is apparent -they make poor business decisions when it comes to the people they retain/hire -expect no benefits if you’re a college student employee -very displeased with HR management
