      Avantages

      Routes are all close together and not to much drive time. Management is great. You get to take your vehicle home. Room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Days can be long depending on season. Customers can be very rude.

      Lots of training, able to be out on your own all day for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Performance matters very little as long as you can do well in the theatrics of the job.
