      Avantages

      Fair pay. Vacation for time in spent in respective field. Insurance covered for employee only. General upbeat peer group.

      Inconvénients

      Concerns over possible sale of the company. Lack of incentive based pay for project management level. Lack of operations control.

      High value industry that has a lot of room to grow- they specialize in commissioning and quality focused on data centers.

      Inconvénients

      Very low contact from management. They run their operations on “no news is good news”
