      Avantages

      Pros: -Work from home -Unlimited PTO -70% of healthcare covered -Great if you are docile.

      Inconvénients

      Cons: -Employees are paid entry level pay, and treated as kids within the company. -When business get slow, they'll train you to work in a different department, without a promotion and then fire you when you request for one. -If you stand up for yourself, you will get reprimanded. -DAILY meetings! When you're . hired they say you can work anytime between8a-8p, but with DAILY meetings you're still required to by 7PST/10EST A.M.

      Avantages

      The management is top-notch and sincerely cares about the employees as people with real lives. It is nice that there is an option for remote work and opportunities for growth. The work as a business analyst was interesting.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the work can be repetitive. If it ever feels that way, I would recommend stretching yourself and talking to your manager about how to expand your job responsibilities. There is definitely upward mobility.

      Avantages

      Everyone is virtual and is staying virtual. No return to the office.

      Inconvénients

      Changes are coming with the recent acquisition and changes in leadership at the parent company.
