Avantages
I worked with some of the most amazing companies in the world, the clients are the only real pro for this company. I learned a lot from interviewing clients won and lost accounts, the education behind it was definitely priceless. As log as the employees have not drank the rotten kool aid they are good to work with.
Inconvénients
I don't even know where to begin, the management is ruthless, NO COMMUNICATION, no care or concern for clients or employees, no benefits, as soon as you get to a point to where you are making money they change the bonus structure to where it is impossible, they treat their operations people as if they are sales people, everyone is measured by output not quality, they say they eat their own dog food, yes they do, however they don't listen to their own clients feedback, for a CI firm, they don't think they have any competition, they make you feel worthless as a person, they put 100% of stock into the technology and they should be services, their development people and product people are the only voices the CEO listens to, the CEO is way off track on his people skills, they don't believe in marketing, they NEVER promote people, people have been hired with unreal promises.
