      Avantages

      I can't think any pros, only the salary is little higher than the market, but it's totally can't cover the overtime work and the effort will spend

      Inconvénients

      - Chinese Gang boss - The employee' commitment is nothing, never trust it - No workflow, no trainng, no career - Official working hours already 50 hours per week, by adding is a must OT culture, 55~60 hours per week is guarantee
