      Benifits and equipment are industry standard.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is a pretentious bully with little concern for safety or protocol. Overwhelmingly abrasive and dishonest. Unequal standards of treatment and discipline. The owner has an elitist mentality which Carries over to his treatment of his employees.

      Avantages

      Great starting pay with monthly bonuses. Benefits. Nice office. Friendly coworkers. Bosses regularly bring in treats, breakfast, etc, and take employees to lunch.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the time everyone will be out of the office for installs, deliveries, and sales or marketing meetings.

      High starting pay for beginners

      Inconvénients

      Work in a dark office by yourself all day with no contact with other people or the customers you are designing for. I was told I was going to be promoted to create the website and the next day was told my contract period would not be renewed. It was very out of the blue.
