      Avantages

      There used to be some good people working there. After they left, the company is going down the hell.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetent people are in management position making important business decisions while they are ridiculously underinformed about the subject . They just happened to be hired at the company when it was still small and got promoted as the company grew. No appreciation for hard work. No hopes for improvement. Lots of gossips. Lots of discrimination between staff and they call it "management style". Stay away from this horrible place!

      Avantages

      The company is small and some of the diagnostic platforms have not only amazing market potential, but the potential to make a real difference in healthcare diagnostics. There is a lot of freedom to make of the job what you want.

      Inconvénients

      The management is awful. The CEO is moody, swings between extreme micromanagement and total absence, is unpredictable, and money-driven, with very questionable ethics. Employees are exploited, expected to work unrealistic schedules without compensation, and discarded on a whim. The total lack of transparency in scientific decisions is scary.
