      Avantages

      Specialists in AS/400/IBM ISeries and Oracle recruitment. There is plenty of training available for new comers like me and good career progression prospects with most Sales Consultants working their way up from Delivery.

      Inconvénients

      The hours are long, but necessary to serve our clients to the very best standard.

      Avantages

      I was always worried to leave my steady easy going job of 10 years, but I couldn't have asked for better company to approach me. I've received excellent training and assistance, the management allow time for you to grow and develop, creating lots of opportunities to progress. Good salary and even better commission, with plenty of incentives. End of Month staff get together, ranging from Go-Karting, Meals out and Team Building activities. Hybrid working. Great games room, equipped with Pool table, Darts Board, Table Tennis table and much more! Genuinely cannot recommend Proactive highly enough!
