      I have been working at ProcessWeaver as full-time for more than 7 years, Professional colleagues, good working environment, good policies, lot of employee engagement opportunity, good mentoring to move ahead, learning opportunities, Good Onsite opprtunities, many new projects for new learnings. Best place to learn and improve the skills.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours - as long as work is done and no customer escalation, everything is ok Friday lunch

      Inconvénients

      No reporting structure. Everybody report to CEO so no visibility of work during appraisal time which only every 3 years or need to ask basis No 401K or any other employee benefits, not even health No HR department or any policies for example requesting holiday ProcessWeaver IT Academy in India gets all investment compared to US office for product or self development Low employee moral so a negative complaining atmosphere
