Inconvénients
Company is all about COO - India, he feels as if he is the ruler. If you hail from the same cast as he is then you are safe in the organisation else you will be on point blank all time. He shouts on employees as if they are slaves under him, least respect towards the employees. He never cares about employees goodwill, he only feels as if he only has family and no else has and shouldn't have. Because of this person very good technical resources have left the organisation. People are micro managed by this COO as a gate keeper, he even counts how many breaks an employee takes and for what time. He doesn't even check his email inbox to see if there any concerns raised or any requests from employees.
