Trainwreck of a boss - Avis employé Manager Prodigious

Words cannot begin to describe the horrible experience working for this (dis)organization. I have had good and bad managers during my career, but the worst of them pale into insignificance compared to the horrendous 'leader' myself and the rest of the team have had to suffer. A truly selfish manager, who takes at least two days off each week (because she's "exhausted") yet ignores the 70-80 hour weeks she expects her team to put in. A kiss-up kick-down style of management, that I thought died out 20 years ago, it's shameful that Prodigious allows such behavior to go on in their company.
