      Inconvénients

      They only want people to think they care, but they don't actually care. They want the appearance of treating people well, but they do not treat people well. The president of the company has no executive experience and no real employment experience but presumes to know everything. The president of the company kept unproductive workers around for over a year before letting them go, driving the company to the ground. The president of the company cut employee salaries 20% with no notice and then went on a month long trip to Europe.

      Avantages

      The people you work with are generally great people. WFH Mondays and Fridays was nice too. One mid-level manager genuinely cares about his employees, but unfortunately that's about it.

      Inconvénients

      Everyone is replaceable and turnover is ridiculously high. The current CEO earned his position through nepotism, and his lack of experience shows. The management team needed to be replaced years ago, unfortunately the path chosen was just to continually backfill for all the turnover instead of investigating the true root cause. The decision to temporarily cut everyone's salaries 20-30% a year ago was probably the death-knell for the company, although it'll linger on for a few years.
