      Avantages

      'Free' Lunch maybe, although you do actually pay for it with your salary.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not listen at all to their employees, making the most stupid decisions one can think of. Very toxic mid-management & HR. Lot of people working 'remotely', just clock in and do whatever. People don't even care. Pay is well below what is common in this high-tech region. Operations is a complete mess, stuff is lost all the time. A lot of actual decent engineers are currently looking for new opportunities, every week good people leave (and so will I).

      Avantages

      Loved my coworkers, free lunch and the office has a younger demographic

      Inconvénients

      Manager did not seem to respect me and my role, and there was no real training process. Seems as though they did not have experience managing others and it led to a difficult situation where I needed to overcompensate to be able to work effectively.
