      Avantages

      Access to internal courses/certificates/other ways to enable learning and self improvement. Very accomodating time-wise when the situation allows it. Work from home when the project allows it. Clear objective requirements for promotion. I am yet to meet an incompetent worker or a manager.

      Inconvénients

      No major problems. I would appreciate some regular performance/competences review to faciliate salary adjustments. As things stands, any salary adjustment needs to be initiated by the employee no matter the situation. But employees are encouraged to ask for salary adjustments, not discouraged.

      1) flexibility 2) they take students without expirience 3) foreigners are welcome

      Inconvénients

      1) low salary 2) with some managers i felt uncomfortable to work with, but some of them are really nice. So its everywhere
