      Avantages

      Even if you finished early, they still paid you for the full 8 hours.

      Inconvénients

      Equipment and supplies were in low supply/quality. Vans were old and worn down.

      Hours are good if you're favorited.

      Inconvénients

      Management is poor, will make you answer phone calls rather than text important information at start of shift.
