      Good Company, Good management in the IT field

      Inconvénients

      Very slow project based work, and alot more ticketing. To me it felt like I was back in a Help Desk role with a little more privileges

      Work from home, that is all.

      Inconvénients

      Everything you can think of. Hundreds of calls daily. Understaffed. Management doesn't care or know anything about the product. Customers hate you.
