      Their Salaries and Benefits are withind the standard and are good compare to other companies, Managemend recognizes the good employees and rewards them accordingly, the environment is very relaxed and people around you is always willing to help and respectful.

      Inconvénients

      Because of the kind of industry the work becomes repetitive and boring, also having to go to work to the same desk for the rest of your carrer is not vey exiting.

      Avantages

      I was only here for the summer, but I felt like everyone I directly worked with went out of their way to be friendly. I liked that I was actually given engaging responsibilities instead of boring grunt work. My job also had a lot of autonomy and I appreciated that I wasn't micromanaged. Last thing I liked was that my opinion was taken seriously when I gave it. Overall great experience

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of training received at the beginning. The first couple weeks were trial by fire. I'm not sure if this is normal throughout the company, or just for my position.
