      Inconvénients

      extremely small infrastructure unpaid training where they actually get their work done and then ask you to leave. extremely low pay

      Good salary, good workflow, good support from project handlers

      Inconvénients

      Salary is always delayed. You'll be forced for regular work on freelance mode too. Senior management is so rude.

      Idiotic and bogus set of people, screwed my project, the only thing they were interested in, money, pay up front and forget despite asking them to work seriously.
