These behaviors have brought down morale across the entire Market Research team, creating discomfort, fear of retaliation, and contributing to talented team members leaving. Communication is loud, interrupting, and know-it-all. Leadership, including HR, promotes a “manager is always right” culture, allowing toxic behavior to continue unchecked. Management should ensure leaders are honest, accountable, and uphold professionalism. It’s discouraging that individuals with this behavior remain in a leadership roles or employed at all.
