Avantages

Somehow Prometric manages to consistently hire intelligent, kind, supportive employees. Lots of cheerful, helpful staff.

Inconvénients

In my experience, processes needed updating/automating. Salaries are mediocre--quite typical for testing companies.

Avantages

It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

Inconvénients

Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
