      Quiet, easy, great co-workers, lots of integrity to ensure test security

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay. $15/hour ($31,200/year) is not a living wage in America's big cities. Staff required to dress professionally on a wage that does not allow them to afford professional clothes. Managers do not give company-mandated 15-minute breaks. Break room could be better. IT support in Mumbai is slow to respond to problems. Dirty chairs. Center does not look its best

      Avantages

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Inconvénients

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
