We're glad that you enjoyed your experience with us, and we wouldn't be able to succeed without the dedication of our talented people! In this fast-paced, young and dynamic environment it's pretty normal to see some turnover of people. For sure we don’t like losing our best talents, but we are proud to be the sprint-board for whoever wants to make an advanced step towards their career. Our salary ranges are based on the market benchmark and respect the principle of internal equity. We offer meal vouchers, free coffee in the office, access to an internal library, English and Italian courses, Friday beer and immigration support for people coming from outside Italy. We’re not perfect but we work hard every day to improve more. For sure we would like to improve our compensation&benefit package in the future!

Hi! Thank you so much for your feedback and contribution to our community. We appreciate the time you took to share both the positive and negative aspects according to you. As you say, we’re not perfect (otherwise it might be boring :)) but we work hard every day to improve as much as we can. We have developed structural growth frameworks for our employees, as well as the performance review which is done every 6 months where we discuss the next career path and salary increases. Our salary ranges are based on the market benchmark and respect the principle of internal equity. As part of the package, we offer ticket restaurants, free coffee in the office, various conventions with our partners from which our employees can benefit, English and Italian courses, access to an internal library, as well as immigration consultation services for people coming from outside Italy. For sure we would like to improve our comp&ben offer in the future. We are a bit surprised for the score, since most of the comments seem quite positive, but we’re happy to hear about any other issues you might’ve faced at peopleops@prontopro.it
