      Avantages

      This company adheres to its core values. Everyone comes into work with a smile on their face. We have benefits no other companies can offer, but most importantly I feel as if I actually matter. You will want to come into work, even when its stressful, and you will want to bust your back because you know everyone else will. We are a young company, both literally and metaphorically. Everyone is intelligent and very respectful and inclusive. It is the culture of the company that makes my days worth it.

      Inconvénients

      Stressful. This job is demanding, but dont let it scare you. If you can work well with irate customers, you can deal with anything that we deal with.

      Avantages

      The team of people I worked with were friendly. The training program was very thorough and supervisors were supportive. They offered a remote job that didn't micromanage its people, which was nice.

      Inconvénients

      You do have to provide your own equipment (could be a pro or con depending on your preference).
