Avantages
The best thing about Propelland are the people. The team is constituted by both young and experienced people, all extremely talented, ambitious and hard-working. Being a small team, everyone has a sense of ownership over the company, willingness to learn and professional growth is entirely based on meritocracy. Responsibility isn't given, it's taken proactively and earned.
Inconvénients
There are some growing pains. The company is constantly expanding and internal organization is still in process of constant adjustment. Some practices differ quite a bit from office to office, payrolls don't follow a standard and workload can be heavy sometimes. However, everyone has a voice and management is always aware of issues and constantly working on making Propelland a great place to work.
