I've never experienced any office drama; there's a real sense of collaboration and mutual respect. One of the best aspects is the level of trust and autonomy given to employees. If you are a self-starter and don't like being micromanaged, you will thrive here. You're given the freedom to own your work, which is both empowering and motivating.
