      Avantages

      I've worked as a temporary employee and has a part-time employee for Proper Solutions and it has been a great experience. They have operated in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years and know about the local employment landscape. What I really appreciate though, is that they took the time to get to know me and my skill set and find me several good matches for work. Highly recommend you give them a try - definitely a better experience than the big franchise employment agencies.

      Inconvénients

      No real downsides - it has been a good experience.

      Avantages

      I have been working here for a little over four years and highly recommend that you contact Proper Solutions if you are either searching for employment or looking for a good employee. They are local and woman-owned and have been operating in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years. They have lots of local employer contacts and are very active in the local charitable scene as well. But the biggest pro is that they take the time to get to know you and find you a good placement.

      Inconvénients

      They mainly place administrative, event, and accounting professionals. There are some legacy general labor clients, but other local agencies might be a better match if that is the kind of work you are looking for.

      Avantages

      Meegan Villa and her team really know the Coachella Valley Area Employers. They also took to the time to get to know me as a candidate and found a great match for my skills.

      Inconvénients

      Really none - would definitely recommend
