Il n'y a aucun avantage à travailler chez Prophix

Inconvénients

Après plus de 5 ans de télétravail totalement flexible, le PDG, lors d'une réunion facultative, a annoncé que les managers seraient contraints de revenir à 2 jours par semaine dans environ 2 mois. Aujourd'hui, un peu moins d'un mois après l'entrée en vigueur de cette mesure, un courriel officiel des RH a été envoyé. Récapitulons : après 5 ans de télétravail et un déménagement, les responsables (et pas seulement les « managers ») doivent désormais bouleverser leur quotidien pour se rendre au bureau 2 jours par semaine. Que cela se produise alors que l'entreprise est en pleine tentative de vente ne semble être une coïncidence pour personne. Quel est le moyen le plus simple de réduire les effectifs sans verser d'indemnités de licenciement ?

Commitment to giving back to the community, time off, diverse

Inconvénients

What started out as a promising opportunity has slowly diminished into the worst career opportunity I've ever had. It's been demoralizing to say the least to watch countless coworkers and leadership get let go over the years. And we're not talking people that are slackers, these are award-winning people. It seems like there's lots of talk about positive change in growth, but no action around it. This is been a roller coaster ride and myself and the team are sick. At this point, there is no trust and really no hope of things getting better.
