Avantages

Government holidays exist on paper, but employees are often expected to work during them.

Inconvénients

The work culture at appeared highly management-driven, where employee well-being, professionalism, and fair treatment often seemed secondary to hierarchy and internal politics. There was consistent pressure to support weekend work, late-night activities, and last-minute requests even after official logoff hours. Employees attempting to maintain professional work-life boundaries were not always viewed positively. In several situations, professional disagreements or inability to support unplanned after-hours work appeared to influence how employees were perceived by management. Performance evaluations also seemed inconsistent at times, with concerns being raised in situations where delivery records and contributions did not appear to align with the feedback provided. This created an environment that often felt pressure-driven rather than collaborative. Exit processes were another area of concern. Employees reportedly faced unnecessary complications during separation, including delays in receiving Full & Final settlements and experience-related documentation. Multiple follow-ups and escalations to higher management were sometimes required before pending dues and documents were processed. The organization also lacked structured planning, professional communication standards, and strong technical leadership. Meetings frequently reflected a blame-oriented culture instead of constructive collaboration. HR support appeared largely aligned with management decisions rather than functioning as an independent employee support system. Professionals from structured product-based organizations or established MNC environments may find the culture difficult to adapt to. The environment may suit individuals comfortable with strict top-down management styles, but those expecting transparency, merit-based growth, professionalism, and healthy work-life balance may find the experience disappointing.
