Very flexible bosses, understanding of work life balance, strong parent company (Providence) to support, innovative business strategies, growing quickly. Mission driven organization with leaders who truly try to do the right thing.
Inconvénients
Because of the quick growth, there are a lot of balls in the air at once. It takes a really long time for management to make and execute decisions. There are a lot of managers with a lot of very different opinions. Our marketing exposure could use some work since healthcare marketing is different than other brand marketing, and there's not alignment between recruitment and marketing. Also, there's disparity of salaries within the same roles.
