Avantages

-good for people with 0 experience i mean 0. -fixed week ends

Inconvénients

-not good when it comes to learning and skill ad advancement -salary, SIL and VL are garbage like you need to earn you leave srsly -you don't have value in this company even if you made something so hard works. -overall garbage company to work on. If you are planning to apply just apply to other company and wait at least there you'll get salary that you can live by.

Inconvénients

They steal the information of their clients and sell it on the internet or sometimes to scammers so they can steal money from you. BEWARE!!!

Avantages

- organized SOP and strict implementation - molds you to be great in Web Development through intensive training - equips you to be a better employee to handle different kinds of tasks - good working environment, they are good in hiring grounded people - great at shaping good leaders

Inconvénients

- salary, very low and inconsistent yearly increase - the work becomes very repetitive - too many task loads, almost everyday OT - not so good with work life balance
