      Avantages

      Hard working dedicated people who also have fun. Very transparent activities. You know where you and the company stand at all times.

      Inconvénients

      Open office environment is a bit noisy but you learn to put your headset on and work away. Now I really wouldn't want it any other way.. Adds to the fun atmosphere and transparency.
