Everyone is very social and available on a personal level in terms of not just being you coworker, but also your friend. Members - Very personable. They love to get to know you, and are great connections for future endeavors

The strict dress code is the only con for this job. You MUST wear black and white ONLY! not off-white, not shades of grey, not khaki. BLACK AND WHITE. However, on the last Wednesday of every month, we can wear normal clothes, as long as we are also wearing a Pure Austin T-Shirt. (This was taken out recently, but Management has said it will come back soon)
