      Avantages

      Exponential growth for a small company. They have a system to rework similar products, with a few changes to stay ahead. This approach has worked quite well for them. Only a few real innovations.

      Inconvénients

      Throwing people under the bus is a common saying at this company. It is a saying admired by management. Competition between employees is common. There is little unity among or within departments. A stressful work environment.

      Avantages

      The most supportive and encouraging work environment. Great space to learn, challenge yourself but also feel nurtured. The products are great too!

      None to report other than getting paid on time

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Worst company I’ve worked for and my tenure history is usually decades of employment. Barry the owner seems nice but covers for his sons mistakes. Steven is the worst human I’ve ever worked with. He’s caustic, rude and inappropriate. I would steer clear of this place. Not worth my piece of mind and they will only take advantage of stretching you thin and stressing you out.
