Avantages
I have been with Purplebricks for three years now. After 17 years of working as a conventional high street estate agent, the freedom, flexibility and autonomy that you benefit from with Purplebricks is reeally liberating. I have always recieved great support from my colleagues in the field as well as the team based up at HQ in Birmingham! My work/life balance has improved and to have the freedom to be able express myself more in my role with PB has been fantastic and has gone hand-in-hand with the development of my business over the past three years!
Inconvénients
I mentioned that my work/life balanaced has improved - which it certainly has, in the main. However, not being office based can often mean that it can be more difficult to switch off from work at times. In terms of business, the good months have outweighed the bad - but you do have be able to acccept the rough with the smooth and stay resilient and positive when thinngs don't go your way.
