      Avantages

      Small Company, has a close knit culture. Good benefits, generally friendly atmosphere. Owners are very genuine, sincere people. They work extremely hard.

      Inconvénients

      Doesn't support Telework - even when the customer approves. Owners are old fashion, and prefers people work on site. Needs to work on Work/Life balance, though they say they do, it doesn't always show in practice.

      Plenty of support from the recruiting side. Friendly & knowledgeable. Always willing to help.

      Inconvénients

      Overlapping support. I had 3 different people contact me as my P.O.C.
