I have been an employee of Pyramid for 25 years and the company that is represented in the comments posted on January 26, is not the company I know. Pyramid is a forward thinking entrepreneurial company that encourages members of our team to step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves. We do embrace that culture and it is a culture that has made this company a leader and trend setter in the shopping center industry for over 45 years.. I have also had the great pleasure of seeing so many people grow and thrive in this environment, I have seen so much of that in fact it is impossible to believe that we are doing it wrong! Now that clearly does not mean we always get it right,and that we do not make mistakes,but we try to be vigilant in correcting those mistakes when they arise. Pyramid is not a perfect company and I would agree that the culture here may not be for everyone, and that 's OK. We are a company that is made up of incredibly dedicated,intelligent and hard working people that I am proud to be part of ! I know so many employees that I work with every day who are also proud to be part of this organization, and i see it every day in their attitude and in their work and the way they treat each other.
