      Avantages

      Clean, climate controlled facility. Steady work with no lay offs. Year end bonus.

      Inconvénients

      For the amount of technical skill needed, incredibly low wages. Ineffective middle management, they cannot and do not do anything. Two senior managers micro manage and run the company.

      Flexible with you, PTO time available when you first start. Was a good attendance policy

      Inconvénients

      Changed PTO time Changed attendance policy Removed perks and accentives to work. New strict attendance policy Watch your attendance Your PTO isn't really yours anymore Was told no change would be made by Tasi, but a lot has changed. Terrible training program in CNC department
