      Avantages

      Wfh flexibility Good work life balance very little to no over time

      Inconvénients

      The owners love to boast about great benefits. YES BUT: "Great retirement plan." YES BUT they don't match contributions at all... 0% matching! "Great PTO." YES BUT they give the bare minimum number of holidays and employees are working even when the main client has holidays "Great health plan." YES BUT the company pays 0% of your premiums... Family PPO plan is $1000 dollars out of pocket and again Pyrovio does not help with it at all so good luck Salaries are not competitive and they only pay once a month and promotions only once a year

      Avantages

      Pyrovio is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist. Leadership provides regular communication, listens to new ideas and encourages growth, both personally and professionally.

      Inconvénients

      Growing pains. While we grow there are things that are evolving. It is important to not get hung up what's wrong; however, focus on what is happening that is right in the progress with actions.

      Senior leadership is very open and gives monthly updates about the direction of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Managers across teams have very different approaches that leads to varying expectations.
