      embauche rapide, collègues sympa, petite équipe Fast hiring, nice colleagues, small team

      Salaire est très très bas QBS rémunère à 26000 k brut hors prime (plafonnée) est horaire fixe, pas de télé travail, pas de ticket resto Very low salary, very less than the average salary at the same position fixe timetable, no téléworking, no ticket restaurant

      The low level staff are personable and nice CEO and top level management are nice

      Inconvénients

      Head of sales and mid management. Pay is poor You don't matter as a person. If you have an opinion, you will be removed. Unpaid overtime is expected on an almost daily basis. Micro managed Contradictory targets and KPIs

      The people on the ground are genuinely some of the best people I've worked with

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership don't listen to what their staff have to say, people are not valued Lack of communication and accountability. Values are a joke
