      Avantages

      QHT is a small family company and NOT UNION. Much of the business is with local school districts. Minimum pay is $15 for basic labor which is almost double of what comparable businesses pay and offer health insurance and 401k.

      Inconvénients

      It is true career opportunities are slim as this is a SMALL family business. It depends on what your are looking for. QHT has a wonderful working environment.

      Avantages

      There are plenty of good folks to work with QHT. It truly is a family oriented place of business.

      Inconvénients

      Don't expect much in terms of growth. The repair industry isn't what it used to be.

      good atmosphere, friendly management. management is fair. 1 hour lunches rock. benefits are great. 401k plan is pretty nice. can learn alot here

      Inconvénients

      no career advancement some employees have been doing the same thing for 10 years. lots of work to do and not enough people to do it
