      Avantages

      Qi Solutions is a great small company that treats its employees like family. You can really tell their dedication to the warfighter and their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Due to constraints of the contract I was on raises were tiny if any.

      The CEO is wonderful, very caring, and treats everyone fairly. Good benefits and flexibility

      The company performs in multiple locations making company culture difficult at times.

      Avantages

      They are a new, small company but they listen to their employees and work very hard to make them happy. There were a few different benefit changes while I was there, but each time it was better and better. You could talk to the President and CEO like he was a friend, and the whole executive staff were very approachable and very nice.

      Inconvénients

      Any con would be something that was beyond their control, because they support the Federal Government.
