Avantages

For a small company they generally treat their people very well, and are always open to communication. Owners are approachable and helpful.

Inconvénients

Workload can be unbalanced - lean periods are quite lean, and busy periods can get really crazy busy. Need better balance through the year I think.

Avantages

- Great work-life balance. Even when there is a project due very soon. - The pay is okay. Not bad, but not good either. - The management team is nice. Specifically the bosses. They are very nice to the developers and other employees. - If you are a foreigner. They will deal with your immigration problems carefully.

Inconvénients

- In the core, they are still a consulting company. So be prepared to be sent out to the clients... Anywhere in the country. - Never heard of any dental plans or 401k. - When they don't have any projects to work on, it seems like the whole company is slowed down, to an extend that nobody seem to have any serious work.
