Avantages
- Great work-life balance. Even when there is a project due very soon.
- The pay is okay. Not bad, but not good either.
- The management team is nice. Specifically the bosses. They are very nice to the developers and other employees.
- If you are a foreigner. They will deal with your immigration problems carefully.
Inconvénients
- In the core, they are still a consulting company. So be prepared to be sent out to the clients... Anywhere in the country.
- Never heard of any dental plans or 401k.
- When they don't have any projects to work on, it seems like the whole company is slowed down, to an extend that nobody seem to have any serious work.
