      Could be good for interns or short term assignments

      Inconvénients

      1. Management is possessed by feudalistic mentality and obsessed with unrealistic goals 2. Management loves to do micro-management 3. Technical leadership is not that great which must be in a start up in Analytics 4. Lack of innovation and motivation 5. Parsimonious nature of management affects the work
