Avantages

No pros after new CEO joined.

Inconvénients

The new CEO is taking insane decisions and is working in panic mode. Everyone is over stressed. People are getting fired like anything and many others leaving. He made changes which were necessary but then he is taking insane decisions without taking people into confidence. He doesn't trust employees under him to deliver the goods. It is always one way communication and he wants "Yes Boss" kind of employees under him. He expects employees to work for 12 to 13 hours normally and stretch beyond that.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate you noting that some of the changes were necessary, even though this caused some uneasiness among employees. All jobs have certain expectations and goals that need to be met, but they should be attainable and a good work life balance should be maintained.
