Joining Questrade - Avis employé People and Culture Questrade

It's been a great experience. I'm someone that cares about culture, and Questrade really does stand for a great culture. Everyone is extremely friendly, willing to help one another. The company does different events to help bring people together. We just did a "Taco Tuesday" this past week and was such a great way to bring people together. The company is also very big on promotion within. Employees are being encouraged to apply for roles internally to help grow their careers, and they're given specific feedback if they're selected, which is generally not the norm in a larger organization. If you're considering joining Questrade, do it! You're not going to be disappointed.
